What about an award of some sort for the best scan each month in an effort to keep and improve the high quality of most of the image scans. I note that some are very poor and sometimes there are none at all. Since there is no fee for uploading scans I see no reason why collectors can't upload better scans. An award would stimulate on-going improvement.
