Item description:

Paillettes d´Or, Recueil Complet, Tome II: ouvrage honore d´un Bref de Sa Saintete. Avignon: Aubanel Freres, 1901. Woodcut illustrations on every page, in 16 repeating patterns, by A. Bassan, gravure by A. Paris. Text is entirely in French language. Hardcover; 656 pg.; Table Analytique (Index) for volume at end. Cover with gilt lettering; spine faded and worn at head and tail. All edges tinted red. Front hinge cracked; decorative endpapers. Text is unmarked; paper lightly yellowed.
