CONDITIONS OF SALE :

ITEMS :  You have decided to buy an item(s), which I have described and scanned as good as possible in order to give you a proper view of its (their) condition.

PAYMENTS: After each transaction you will get an invoice to your E-mail, which you can pay either cash (on your own risk) or to the following destinations :
NORDEA Bank  : Kyösti Kaukiainen/ IBAN: FI35 2092 1800 0099 72 /  BIC: NDEAFIHH
Moneybookers :  Account :  quisto.quisto@fonet.fi  (NO  FEES)
PayPal :  Account :  quisto.stampcollector@fonet.fi (FEES :  0,35 € / payment + 3,4% - will be added to the invoice)

DELIVERY :  Within three (3) days after receipt of payment.

DELIVERY FEES:  The fees consist of covers and other packaging material needed to send the items safely.
Postage is charged according to the offidcial postal rates.
All items will be sent as normal priority post on buyer´s risk if not othervise aggreed upon. If the buyer wants the items to be sent registered or insured, a notice must be given to the seller in advance. Insured and registered consinments will be charged according to the official postal rates.

Examples of delivery rates (including handling and postage) :
EUROPE :  Priority letters < 20gr - 1,20 €  /  < 50gr - 1,50 €  /  < 100gr - 2,05 €.
FDCs and similar items :  1pc - 1,60 €  /  2-5pcs - 2,10 €  /  6-10pcs  - 4,50 €.
Year sets and other bigger items : <250gr - 4,60 €  /  <500gr - 7,00 €.

Handling-, postage and PayPal fees will always be added to the invoice coming to your E-mail  automatically for every transaction.

USA, CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD:
Priority letters :  <20gr - 1,20 €  /  <50gr - 2,15 €  /  <100gr - 4,50 €.
FDCs and similar :  1pc - 1,90 €  /  2-5pcs - 3,70 €  /  6-10pcs - 7,50 €.
Year sets and similar :  <250gr - 7,50 €  /  <500gr - 10,00 €.

GUARANTEE :  The buyer is entitled to a full money back refund in case that the sold item(s) does not correspond the given description or scan within seven (7) days after receipt of itemm(s).
The buyer pays the postal fees for the returned items. The seller refunds the sales price (the price of the item) immediately after the returned items have arrived.

I am a private collector and this selling activity is for me a hobby which I hope will give me many frends round the world. I can not feel me responsible for lost or stolen postal matter which I have sent  unregistered. They are on buyer´s risk.
